If you want to cancel your order, contact our Customer Support Service using the Contact Us form or by phone, and provide us with the reason for cancellation. You can cancel the order within 24 hours of its placement. Shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
If your order has been declined, please reach out to our Customer Support Service to find out the reason for the decline before placing a new order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns. However, if you receive the wrong product or the package is damaged, please contact our Customer Support Service using the Contact Us form or by phone, and our highly skilled support team representatives will resolve the situation in the best way possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s), or you did not receive your order, please contact our Customer Support Service using the Contact Us form or by phone. We will address the matter right away and suggest the most convenient solution for you.
We will either issue a refund or reship your order free of charge if:
- Your request to cancel the order was sent BEFORE shipment.
- Your chosen product is not available at that moment.
- Your selected shipping method is temporarily unavailable.
- Wrong or damaged products were delivered, e.g., broken pills (a photo of the package and the product should be provided).
- The product is not effective (a photo of the package and the product should be provided).
- The customer did not receive the package within the specified delivery time.
- The sender shipped the order to the wrong delivery address.
- The product is expired/expires soon (a photo of the package and the product should be provided).
IMPORTANT! We ONLY issue refunds in cases where the package was not delivered within the specified delivery time after a reshipment.
Please note that we can only reship missing order items if the delivery has partially failed (i.e., not all the ordered products were received within the specified delivery time). A photo of the delivered package and the product should be provided.
We will NOT issue a refund or reship your order if:
- You request to cancel the order was sent AFTER shipment.
- The customer had provided an incorrect shipping address that caused non-delivery.
- The customer did not pick up the order from the local post office, and it was returned to the sender.
- The order was placed more than 6 months before a refund/reshipment request.
IMPORTANT! As soon as your refund is issued, it takes about 7-14 business days for it to be reflected on your credit card statement. In rare instances, it may take up to 21 business days. It largely depends on how your bank processes credit card transactions as well as the connection between the banks.
Please be informed that orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times are accurate in most cases. However, they cannot be guaranteed due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, geopolitical situations in the country of dispatch, transit countries, or the destination country) or other events which may disrupt the shipping and delivery process.
