When filling in the order form, please ensure all the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Then click CONFIRM DATA. You can go back and change or correct information if necessary. Do not forget to click SUBMIT ORDER afterwards.
NOTE! Do not refresh the page after you have clicked SUBMIT ORDER. If you do, then your order will be placed twice, and we can only process one order from the same person at a time.

After submitting the order, it acquires a “pending” status. You will be informed at each stage (e.g., pending, approved, declined, shipped, reshipped) of your order processing via email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of the order placement, please contact our Customer Support Service using the Contact Us form.
Order processing may sometimes take up to 72 hours to avoid mistakes in your order information as well as to prevent any fraudulent orders. Your card will be charged only after the order is confirmed with you personally (either by email or phone) and approved by our Fraud Department.
