Euslim capsules are produced by RSM Enterprises to help overweight people to tackle obesity. The active component of Euslim is Orlistat (also known as tetrahydrolipstatin) – a gastrointestinal lipase inhibitor.
Euslim shows high effectiveness when used in conjunction with a well-balanced, low-calorie diet that contains up to 30% of calories from fat.
Euslim is safe to take when a patient has health conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and heart problems. The goal of the medication is to help to get rid of excess fat in the body and to stop weight gain after losing weight.
MOA (mechanism of action):
Orlistat’s primary function is to prevent the absorption of fats from the daily diet, thereby reducing calorie intake. Orlistat works by suppressing pancreatic lipase, an enzyme that breaks down triglycerides in the intestine. When lipase activity is inhibited, triglycerides from the diet are not absorbed, and instead are removed with the stools unchanged.
Euslim® capsule should be swallowed with water.
Take one capsule orally 3 times a day during the main meal or up to 1 hour after the meal.
The diet of the patient should include three main meals, containing the daily dose of fat, carbohydrate, and protein.
The daily intake of fat should be no more than 30% of your total daily caloric intake (e.g., eating 1200 calories per day, no more than 360 of those calories should be in the form of fat) while taking Euslim®.
The dose of Euslim should be omitted if a meal is missed or does not contain fat.
Treatment with Euslim should not continue for more than 6 months and should be stopped after 12 weeks if patient has been unable to lose at least 5 % of the body weight.
Euslim is approved to be taken along with nutritionally balanced, low-calorie diet and physical activity.
Euslim can be used by people with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease or high cholesterol.
Euslim is intended for use only in adults and can be dangerous for children.
Do not stop taking Euslim suddenly.
