Proper use

Use Fildena® Strong exactly as directed by your doctor. Take the tablets orally with a glassful of water. Do not use more of it and more often than advised. This medicine usually begins to work for erectile dysfunction within 30 minutes after taking it. Its effect may last for up to 4 hours. When using Fildena Strong for erectile dysfunction, do not take it more than once per day.

For pulmonary arterial hypertension treatment, consult your doctor on the dosage recommendations.

Avoid drinking alcohol, grapefruit juice or eating fatty food because it may change the way Sildenafil acts.

Missed dose

If you miss a dose of this medicine you should take it as soon as you remember. If it is the time for the next dose you should continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not exceed the doctor’s recommended dose.

Overdose
